Thank you! https://forms.gle/4TuUNwS7cebUokfo9 Family Support Services Snack Packs: Every Friday students who need extra food for the weekend can receive a snack pack at the end of the day. This program is courtesy of Mountain Creek Church of Christ. There are no qualifications you must meet, just send an email with the parent /guardian’s name and the name of the child to one of our school. These snack packs are done in confidentiality. Counselor: honeycutt_katie@hcde.org Fresh Produce Giveaway: Each month Mountain Creek Church of Christ partners with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank to give away fresh produce! Over 1700 pounds of food is delivered to the church building and we distribute it free of charge to anyone who needs it. The distribution occurs on the second Tuesday of each month from 3-5 pm at the church (985 Runyan Dr). Student Grief Retreat: When students (and adults) lose someone close to them, it affects all the areas of their life. This is a program through Hospice that offers a "camp" for children and one for teens as well as monthly support meetings for families.
